Complete preparation & protection
JM New Car Shield is a complete preparation and protection solution for new, nearly new and eligible vehicles — carried out at the JM Auto Care detailing studio. Every vehicle begins with an exterior valet and professional paint preparation, is enhanced with single-stage paint correction, and is finished with a professional ceramic coating of your chosen durability, cured under controlled studio conditions in line with the coating manufacturer's requirements.

Exterior Valet
- Safe exterior pre-wash and contact wash
- Wheel faces and tyres cleaned
- Appropriate tyre and exterior trim dressing where applicable
Paint Decontamination & Preparation
- Safe exterior wash
- Chemical iron fallout removal
- Tar and adhesive removal where required
- Clay treatment where necessary and suitable
- Thorough drying and paintwork inspection
- Preparation of paintwork before polishing
Single-Stage Paint Correction
- Machine polishing using an appropriate pad and compound
- Reduction of suitable light-to-moderate swirl marks and wash defects
- Improvement of paint gloss, clarity and depth
- Correction of suitable dealership or transport-related paint defects where achievable
- Paintwork inspection under suitable lighting
Ceramic Coating
- Final panel preparation and coating-compatible wipe-down
- Application of your selected ceramic coating
- Coating applied to agreed painted exterior surfaces
- Application carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
- Final inspection for high spots and application issues
- Customer aftercare and curing instructions

Is my vehicle eligible?
Every vehicle must meet the JM New Car Standard before the service is confirmed. Vehicle age or mileage alone doesn't determine eligibility — condition does.

The single-stage correction is designed to improve gloss and reduce suitable defects — it does not guarantee the removal of every scratch, swirl mark, etching, stone chip or paint imperfection. Where a vehicle isn't suitable for the standard package, we may revise the quotation or recommend an alternative service.
